If the page will not load when trying to log-in, try the following:

  • Clear your cache and cookies, then restart your browser. Make sure no other browser windows are open before doing so.
    • If after doing so you receive a notification that the site is asking for a certificate, decline it.
  • Completely disable your anti-virus until you are able to log-in. (This is a common issue with Avast, but not exclusive to it.)
  • Use Firefox.


Anyone entering an incorrect username or password will receive the following notification:

"Invalid User Credentials - The username and/or password cannot be validated, or your account is locked out or has not been approved yet."


No, your account has not been locked out. The most common mistake is people using their email instead of their call-sign to log-in. If you forgot your password, use the password recovery feature. If it still doesn't work, please contact support for a manual reset.


If a member is discharged and wishes to return to TAW they will need to contact the DC and DO of the unit they wish to join. These people will be listed under their game on the units page.
