In order to request a name change, a member must contact their chain of command and their CoC will either approve or deny the request and have it sent to OS to be done.
After having a username change, the member needs to be sure to do the following:
- Change their email 2x. The first change can be to anything as long as it's valid, then back to the original. If they fail to do so, they will not get emails from TAW.
- Generate a new TeamSpeak token. If they fail to do so, they will show up on the attendance report as "no account existing".
